Change Management Procedure
The aim of this procedure is to provide a consistent approach, which enables the effective management of change within North Yorkshire Police (NYP).
The procedure provides a route for current and future implications of any potential changes to be considered during the planning phase so that, ultimately, decisions that are implemented are effective and as unproblematic as possible.
The principles of this procedure can be found in the Management of Change Policy and cover both police staff and police officers. Police Officers, however, are covered for most types of change by Police Regulations.
