Q2. North Yorkshire Police does not run a ‘Stalking Clinic’ however, we have a number of multi-agency pathways in which stalking perpetrators are referred. Non domestic abuse stalking cases can be referred to the Stalking Professionals Meeting (implemented October 2024).

Q5. No reoffending statistics are held to date.
Q6. High risk stalking perpetrators are monitored.
Q7. Work is currently ongoing in relation to perpetrator interventions.
Q8. All high risk stalking victims are allocated a Stalking Safeguarding Officer to ensure safety planning/safeguarding is in place and they have an ongoing contact within the Stalking Team. Protective Orders are also considered.
