Q1. How many sexual assaults and rapes were reported where both the alleged victim and suspect were under 18 in 2024?

Q2. How many reported incidents of sexual assault including rape took place on school property in 2024?

Q3. How many reports were there of coercive control with an alleged victim aged under 20 in 2024?

I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by North Yorkshire Police. 

Decision

I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.

Q1. Between 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2025 there have been 7 Rape and Sexual Assault crimes recorded where noth the victim and offender are under the age of 18.

Q2. Between 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2025 there have been 44 Rape and Sexual Assault crimes recorded with a MO location of school.

Q3. Between 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2025 there have been 59 Coercive/Controlling crimes with a victim aged under 20.
