Q1. In regards to the Section 40 exemption, would you be able to provide information on the total number of ketamine arrests each year?

As in, all those of any age arrested for either possession, supply, or intent to supply for the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025?

Q1. Please see the table below showing the number of arrests between 01 January 2021 and 31 December 2025 for offences with ‘Ketamine’ in the offence title, broken down by calendar year.
