We are requesting your help with compiling the crime reports and calls for service at the locations and dates listed below, which fall within your agency's jurisdiction. 

Q1. If any hate crimes were reported at these locations, we need to know the type of hate motivation (i.e.  race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, or disability) as well as the nature of the crime.  For the purposes of Clery Act reporting, hate crimes are those where the victim was intentionally selected because of the victim's race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, or disability.
