Q1. For each of the last three financial years (2023/24) (2024/25) and (2025/26) please state the number of female arrests for the offence of being “drunk and disorderly” (Section 91 Criminal Justice Act 1967), broken down by:

Q2. Of these arrests, please provide a breakdown by age group (i) under 30 and (ii) 30 and over

Q3. If held, please provide the number of these arrests that resulted in (i) charge/summons, or (ii) and out-of-court disposal (including community resolution)

Q4. For each of the last three financial years (2023/24) (2024/25) and (2025/26) please state the number of female arrests for public order offences, including offences under Sections 4, 4A and 5 of the Public Order Act 1986, broken down by those aged (i) under 30 and (ii) aged 30 or over.

Q1 & Q2. Please see the table below showing the number of arrests for drunk and disorderly offences between 01 April 2023 and 31 March 2026 where the detainee is female, broken down by age group and financial year.

Q3. Of those females arrested above please see the table below showing those offences with a charge or out of court disposal a search has been undertaken for the following within the disposal title.

*Please note we have excluded the disposals with ‘complied’ in the title as this was duplicating cautions. This is a disposal that is added to a record when the individual has complied with the conditions of their caution.

Q4. Please see the table below showing the number of arrests for public order offences which fall under section 4, 4A and 5 of the Public Order Act 1986 between 01 April 2023 and 31 March 2026 where the detainee is female, broken down by age group and financial year.
