For the period 31 March 2021 to 31 March 2026, please provide:

- The total number of rape and sexual assault crimes involving a victim aged under 18 recorded including the tag ‘Roblox’ (or if there is no tag the most relevant way of searching to see if the crime is linked to Roblox).

- The gender and age of any victims - if unable to be specific then under 10, under 13, under 16, under 18, or 18+ is acceptable.

- The recorded outcomes of these crimes.

Please break these down by year, gender of victim, age of victim, and recorded outcome where possible.

If fulfilling this request exceeds the cost limit, please advise on how I may refine it to fall within the limits.

Extent and Result of Searches to Locate Information

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police.

I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by North Yorkshire Police.

I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.

A search has been carried out of all sexual assault and rape crimes for the timeframe requested, where the term ‘Roblox’ has been searched in the MO remarks, which provided no ‘Rape’ or ‘Sexual Assault’ crimes involving a victim aged under 18.
