Q4. The general location of each bin (e.g. ward, borough, or postcode sector - precise addresses are not required if sensitive)

I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.
The below answers are based on North Yorkshire Police Amnesty bins- which are placed in the certain station sights for the 2 weeks of action for OP Sceptre in May and November.
There are knife amnesty bins which are placed in the community which were placed by community safety hubs. These are council led. These stats or locations have not been included as they are council led.
Q1. 168 surrendered into North Yorkshire Police Amnesty Bins
Q2. 4 North Yorkshire Police Amnesty Bins during Op Sceptre weeks
Q3. OP Sceptre Weeks 2025 19 - 25 May 2025. 17 – 23 November 2025.
Q4. Scarborough, York, Harrogate, Northallerton
