Please provide the number of arrests made for the following offences:

Q1) Abscond from detention under s.40(7)(c) – Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006

and

Q2)  Abscond from a designated immigration officer having been detained under section 2 - UK Borders Act 2007

for each of the following financial years

• 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023
• 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024
• 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025

If available, please present the data as a simple count of arrests for each year. If no arrests were recorded in any of the above years, please confirm this.
