Q4. Yes, we use the national psychological risk questionnaire for some roles. We also offer an annual wellbeing check for some roles, which is held with one of the counselling/psychotherapists internally. NYP have a number of counsellors trained fully in EMDR therapy for trauma. Recently trauma awareness workshops have been developed and is being rolled out to some roles. Once completed, an evaluation will be carried out and this may be offered to other roles.
