 On July 18th 2025, you responded to an FoI (your ref: 0329.2025‐26) that revealed that North Yorkshire Police have recorded 5 Sexual Offences and 5 Violence Against The Person offences in 2024 and 5 Sexual Offences and 13 Violence Against The Person offences in 2025 (January to 7 July) at the Army Foundation College in Harrogate.

Q1) Of the 10 Sexual Offences recorded between 2024 and July 7 2025, please can you tell me the specific categories of offences committed (e.g Rape, Sexual Assault, Abuse of position of trust, etc)?

Q2) Of the 18 Violence Against The Person crimes recorded between 2024 and July 7 2025, please can you tell me the specific categories of offences committed (e.g Battery / common assault, Unlawful wounding, murder, etc.)
