Q1. The number of anti-social behaviour incidents related to fireworks recorded by your force in the year 2024.

Q2. The number of incidents involving animals related to fireworks recorded by your force in the year 2024. This may include reports of injury, distress, or danger to animals caused by fireworks.

For both categories above, please provide a breakdown of incidents recorded specifically in October 2024 and November 2024.

If possible, please provide the data in a spreadsheet or table.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police.

I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.

Q1. Please see the table below showing the number of incidents of ASB recorded between 01 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 filtering on any mentioned of ‘firework(s)’ in either the summary or the MO remarks, broken down by month.

Q2. A manual review was undertaken of those above to which there were zero incidents involving animals related to fireworks.
