Chicken van driver charged with drink driving

Roads Policing Group officers on patrol stopped a white Mercedes Sprinter van near Bramham at about 2pm on Friday 28 July. The driver, a 63-year-old man from Durham, failed a roadside breath test and was arrested. His van contained several live chickens.
