Man arrested after pursuit in Scarborough

The driver of a Renault Clio was stopped by officers shortly after 2pm yesterday, Thursday 17 August 2017. Through the use of ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) officers tracked and located the vehicle on the A64.
