Appeal after 98-year-old woman injured in York collision

Police are appealing for information after a 98-year-old woman pedestrian was injured in a collision involving a BMW X5 in York.

It happened at approximately 10.40am on Thursday 13 December 2018 on East Parade at its junction with  Harcourt Street.

Officers are appealing to anyone who was in the area and witnessed the collision to contact them.

The woman sustained head, chest and abdominal injuries and was taken to York District Hospital for treatment.
