Appeal after bike, laptop and statues stolen in York burglary

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a burglary that occurred on Park Crescent in York.

It happened some time between 7.30am and 9pm on Friday 8 November 2019 and involved an unknown offender or offenders gaining entry to an unoccupied property via a front window.

They took various items from inside, before leaving by the back door, which leads to a rear alleyway.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident and the whereabouts of stolen items.

In particular, we are appealing for information about the whereabouts of the following missing items:

1 x BOARDMAN hybrid mountain bike, MXCOMP, in black & blue.
1 x ASUS CHROMEBOOK, C300SA, Intel Celeron, 2GB RAM, 32GB eMMC, 13.3″, black.
2 x Bronze, Elephant statues, approximately 4-5 inches tall. One is of a mother elephant and a baby elephant. The other is of just a single elephant.
