Appeal following a recent attempted burglary in Settle

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information about an attempted burglary that occurred in Ingfield Lane, Settle.

It happened on Ingfield Lane, Settle between 11am on Tuesday 8 September and 6am on Wednesday 9 September and involved a door handle and lock being broken from a garage door in order to gain entry.

We are appealing to members of the public to see if they saw anyone suspicious in this area during these times.
