Appeal following assault

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an assault that occurred near the Sandybed Stores, Scarborough.

It happened near to the Sandybed Stores, Scarborough at 3.30pm on Tuesday 11 October 2016 and involved a group of pupils from local St Augustine’s and Graham.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident to get in touch.
