Appeal following assault near Skipton Bus Station

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an assault that occurred near to Skipton Bus Station.

It happened at around 3.15am on Sunday 18 November when a 29 year-old man was assaulted at the side of The Fleece Public House in Skipton next to the bus station.

The victim received several facial injuries and was taken to Airedale General Hospital for treatment and was released later that morning.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for any members of the public who may have witnessed this incident to come forward.
