Appeal following attempted house burglary in Skipton

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an attempted burglary of a detached house that occurred in Skipton.


It happened on Cawder Ghyll between 8am and 6.30pm on the 5 March 2017 and involved someone attempted to gain entry to the victims home by way of forcing the rear patio doors.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
