Appeal following burglary in Lothersdale in the Craven area

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a burglary in Lothersdale near Cross Hills.

It happened close to the centre of the village between 6.00pm and 9.20pm on Tuesday 23rd April 2019 and involved entry being forced to the rear of a property.

A number of cameras, items of jewellery, gold “Elgin” pocket watches and other items were stolen.

Officers have released an image of a distinctive double-sided gold, necklace and are asking anyone who may have been offered it for sale, or has any other information at all regarding the break in, to please contact North Yorkshire Police  on 101 quoting incident number 12190073452.
