Appeal following burglary near Keld

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a commercial burglary that occurred near Keld.

It happened at a hotel situated just outside of Keld, sometime between 10.05pm on Wednesday 25 July and 6.50am on Thursday 26 July 2018, whereby the offenders have forced entry to the hotel and stolen a safe containing a large quantity of cash and other documentation.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about any suspicious vehicles or people that have been seen in the area over recent weeks.
