Appeal following garage burglary in Skipton

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a garage burglary that occurred in Skipton.

It happened on Hayton Way, Skipton between the times of 4.30pm on Wednesday 15 of February 2017 and 8.15am on Thursday 16 of February 2017.

The suspects have forced entry into a single garage stealing a large amount of power tools and equipment.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about a suspicious orange-coloured transit type van that was seen in the area at 4.45pm on Wednesday 15 of February 2017.
