Appeal following incident in Goodramgate

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an incident that occurred in York.

It happened between 12.30pm and 12.45pm on Wednesday 24 April when there was an argument between two males in the street outside Ambiente Restaurant on Goodramgate.

They then walked into Aldwark opposite.

Police want to hear from anyone who witnessed the altercation in order to establish the full circumstances of what happened.

The first male is described as white, approximately 35 years-old with an army-style haircut. He was wearing a white sleeveless Lonsdale t-shirt, blue jeans, and white trainers.

The second male is described as white, approximately 50 years-old with a close shaven haircut. He was approx 5ft 6ins tall, stocky and wearing a dark coloured blazer, red and white striped shirt, blue jeans, and black trainers. He also wore one black glove, glasses, and was carrying a tan coloured suitcase.
