Appeal following Spofforth burglary

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a burglary that occurred in Spofforth near Harrogate.

It happened on Manor Garth between 8am and 7.30pm on Wednesday 8th November 2017.

The suspects entered the property via a rear glass door which was smashed and a thorough, untidy search of the property was carried out and a large amount of jewellery was taken.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance, and are appealing to anyone, including dog walkers  who were in the area of Spofforth Castle that morning.

In particular, anyone who noticed any suspicious vehicles in the area or anything that may be connected to this incident.
