Appeal following collision near Harrogate

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a road traffic collision that occurred on the A658 Harrogate Road near to Castley Lane, Leathley.

It happened between 11pm and 11.15pm on Friday 22 June 2018 and involved a silver/grey Peugeot hatchback containing three men from the Bradford area and a white/silver vehicle that failed to stop at the incident.

All three occupants from the Peugeot received injuries and were taken via ambulance to Harrogate Hospital.

We are appealing for witnesses to the collision or anyone who recalls seeing either vehicle prior to the collision, to get in touch as soon as possible to assist the investigation.

In particular, we are appealing for information regarding the white/silver vehicle that did not stop at the scene. This vehicle was travelling in the general Harrogate direction at the time and will have damage to the front driver’s side.
