Appeal following road traffic collision in Skipton

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a road traffic collision that occurred in Skipton town centre last week.

It happened at the entrance to B&M Car Park, Broughton Road, Skipton at 2.27pm on Wednesday 7 December 2016 and involved a white Ford Kuga 4×4 and woman in her sixties from Long Preston.

The woman had a cut to the top of her head and stomach injuries. She was taken to Airedale General Hospital and discharged following treatment.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for any witnesses to the incident and or anyone who noticed a white Ford Kuga which stopped at the entrance of B&M car park.
