Appeal following Scarborough garage burglary

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a garage burglary that occurred in Scarborough.

It happened on Raleigh Street overnight on  Saturday 26 September into Sunday 27 September.

In particular, officers are appealing for information from anyone who has seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Also anyone who may have noticed items missing from their garage or outbuildings.

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of a number of offences and have been released on bail while the investigation continues.
