Appeal for witnesses following assault in Scarborough town centre

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an assault that occurred in Scarborough town centre.

It happened on Foreshore Road between 10.30pm and 11pm on Saturday 10 February 2018 and involved a 29-yearold man and 32-year-old woman. They also had a boy believed to be around 13-years-old with them.

The man suffered minor injuries to his face as a result of the incident.

Police are appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the incident to contact them.
