Appeal for witnesses following indecent exposure in Harrogate town centre

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an incident of indecent exposure that occurred in the Cambridge Café on Cambridge Street in Harrogate at around 2.15pm on 26 July 2018.

It is reported that a man went into the female toilets and indecently exposed himself to a woman inside.

A man was arrested at the scene. However police are appealing for witnesses, in particular a woman who went to the aid of the victim.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
