North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a pedal cycle theft.

The incident took place outside Gibson’s Bar on Micklegate, York, between 9-9.30 pm on Monday 1st August 2016.

The stolen bike is described as a Azonic Downhill DH3 9 speed mountain bike, valued at £5000.00. It has a full aluminium frame; Mavic D-Max yellow wheels; monster t-forks; Hope 4 Pot calliper brakes; nukeproof saddle; E13 chainset and shimano gears.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident. Have you been offered the pedal cycle? Do you know who is responsible for the theft?
