Appeal for information following horsebox fire and graffiti on car in Scrayingham

North Yorkshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information about an arson attack on a horsebox and another vehicle which had obscene graffitti spray painted on it, that occurred in Bleaberry Lane near Scrayingham.

It happened on Bleaberry Lane near Scrayingham at 13:30hrs on Saturday 20th January 2018 and involved the setting fire to a horsebox and obscene graffiti on another car nearby.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about whether anyone witnessed the incident or passed the area and saw anyone acting suspiciously or have a dash cam that may have recorded anyone at the scene as they passed by.
