Appeal for information about roof lead theft in Skipton

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a theft of lead that occurred in Skipton.

The lead was taken from the roof of the Cancer Research shop in Caroline Square at between 5.45pm Monday 12 October and 9.30am Tuesday 13 October 2015.

Police are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about anyone seen acting suspiciously or suspicious vehicles around Devonshire Place.
