Appeal after male shot at with air rifle

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information in relation to a man who was shot with an air rifle which resulted in injury.

The incident happened on 2 October 2016 at 7.45pm on Chester Lane, Northallerton. Suspects in a small hatchback vehicle shot an air rifle out of the car window, causing injury to the complainant.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
