Appeal for victims of Whiskey theft to come forward

North Yorkshire Police is looking for victims of crime within the Selby area to come forward after a large quantity of whisky has been seized.

During a routine search of an address in Osgodby, Selby, officers discovered a large quantity of bottled whisky.

It appears the bottles may be part of a larger private collection.

Members of the public are urged to check whether they may be missing these items and anyone who feels they have been a victim of such a crime should contact Melissa Colley on 101 or email Melissa.Colley@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk
