Appeal for witnesses to a criminal damage

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a criminal damage that occurred in Scarborough.

It happened at Mere Cafe on Mere Lane at around 6.15pm on Tuesday 9 August 2016 and involved three men, approximately 20 – 30 years old, damaging property outside the cafe.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance for anyone who has witnessed the damage or has information about the three males responsible.
