Appeal for witnesses after driver fails to stop following collision on Seamer Road Scarborough

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a collision that occurred on Seamer Road at Scarborough.

It happened between 17.15pm and 17.25pm on 18 August 2016 and involved a red Toyota Aygo and a light blue vehicle which did not stop at the scene.

The woman drier of the Aygo sustained minor injuries in the collision.

We are appealing for witnesses to the collision or anyone who recalls seeing the vehicle(s) prior to the collision, to get in touch as soon as possible to assist the investigation.

In particular, we are appealing for information about the light blue vehicle that did not stop at the scene.
