Appeal for witnesses after Skipton play area graffitied

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information following a criminal damage incident that occurred in Skipton at The Ginnel.

Appeal for witnesses after Skipton play area graffitied

It is believed to have happened over the weekend of 29 and 30 July and involved a number of rocks and trees being sprayed with yellow paint.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about anyone who may have been seen in the area, in particular anyone seen to be in possession of spray cans.
