Appeals following a public order incident in Scarborough

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about an incident in which two men made an inappropriate sexual gesture towards a young teenage boy in Manor Road Park, Scarborough, at 4pm on 23 November 2016.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about the two men involved. Both men were white, the same height at 5ft 7ins, late teens, medium build. The male who spoke, spoke with a normal English accent. Neither of them were carrying anything or riding anything.
