Car and rare toy racing car parts stolen in York house burglary

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a burglary in York in which rare and expensive toy racing car parts were stolen.

It happened on Boltby Road, York, between midnight and 6am on 24 January 2019.

Offenders broke into a house, stealing the occupant’s wallet and also the keys to their vehicle and then driving away from the house in their vehicle.

Inside the stolen vehicle are various toy racing car parts which are identifiable and rare.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

In particular, we are appealing for information about the specific stolen items (selection pictured below) and whether anyone has seen them since the burglary.
