Charity boxes stolen in Scarborough burglary

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a burglary that occurred in Scarborough.

It happened at the Alma Inn on Alma Parade at 2.30am on 9 September 2015 when the suspect broke into the inn and removed charity boxes for the RNLI and Cancer Research.

We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the full circumstances surrounding the incident.
