Chief Constable announcement

The Police and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire, Julia Mulligan, has today announced that Lisa Winward (currently the Deputy Chief Constable) is to be put forward as her preferred candidate to become Chief Constable of North Yorkshire Police.
