Cigarettes stolen from community shop in Richmondshire.

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about a theft that occurred in Middleton Tyas Community Shop.

Cigarettes stolen from community shop in Richmondshire.

It happened at 11.40am on Saturday (22 May).

A man entered the shop to buy cigarettes. He distracted the cashier and ran out of the store with the items, making no attempt to pay.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help identify the man pictured by CCTV, as we believe he may have information that could help the investigation.
