Appeal for information after police vehicles damaged in Thirsk

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for information after two police vehicles were damaged while officers were attending an incident in Thirsk.

 

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for information after two police vehicles were damaged while officers were attending an incident in Thirsk.

The damage occurred between 12.20pm and 1.20pm on Wednesday, 19 April while the vehicles, a car and a van, were parked on Topcliffe Road.

The rear window of the car was smashed, the body work of both vehicles was scratched and eggs broken against them.

Anyone who has information which will assist officers in establishing the full circumstances surrounding the incident is urged to contact police on 101, selecting option 2, and asking for TC Katie Shaw. Information can also be provided by emailing Katie.shaw@northyorkshire.pnn.police.uk.
