Police investigate damage to a car in York

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for witnesses and information about damage to a vehicle that occurred in Iceland/Aldi carpark on Fulford Road in York.

A woman went into the Iceland store and on returning to her Silver Volvo V50, she noticed the back windscreen was completely shattered.

Police attended and it looked as though something had hit the corner of the window with impact. It happened at around 2pm on Monday, 22 January.

We are requesting the public’s assistance to help establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident, or if anybody witnessed the damage.
