North Yorkshire Police is appealing for identification of a female responsible for a racially aggravated assault which took place in Scarborough town centre on the evening of 8 July 2016.

The incident took place in a town centre pub at just before 11.00pm on Friday 8 July 2016. A 29 year old local male was punched in the face by a female, after being racially abused.

Police have obtained images of the female responsible and are keen to identify her.
