Officers re-appeal for information following fatal collision in Strensall

Officers are keen to speak with any further witnesses or any other drivers that were travelling on Towthorpe Moor Lane, Strensall, York at around  9.20am on Monday, 3 April 2017 who may not have come forward yet to contact them as a matter of urgency.

At around 9.20am on Monday, 3 April, a blue Peugeot 206 convertible collided with a stationary Mitsubishi Outlander. Later that day, a 23-year-old man from York, who was a passenger in the Peugeot died.

The Peugeot had been travelling towards Strensall from the direction of the A64 and officers are keen to speak with anyone who may have recorded the car travelling along this route to contact them with information. This could have been from a dash-cam, CCTV system or any other recording device.
