Man recovered from river in York

Shortly after 12pm on 2 November 2020, police received reports of a man in the river Ouse close to Scarborough Bridge. The man was rescued and transported to hospital where he later died. His next of kin have been informed and his death is not being treated as suspicious. Ref: 12200192799
