Police and charity visits underway to keep older Yorkshire Coast residents safe

Local police and volunteers are on the beat in Scarborough to keep older people safe this Christmas.

It’s part of a police operation to help protect vulnerable people in the borough over the winter months.

Neighbourhood Policing Team officers, volunteers, and other agencies have been visiting residents to make sure they’re OK.
