Police seek owner of found jewellery

North Yorkshire Police is appealing for the owner of a brooch to come forward.

Officers are looking to locate the owner of a small silver brooch/pin styled in the word “GRANNIE”.

The brooch was recovered by police at the scene of a house burglary in Northallerton on 16 February 2015. The brooch does not belong to the home owners.

It is supected that it may have been stolen during another burglary and dropped at this scene.
